    From the Guardian UK:

"Fulham's manager Chris Coleman will be the surprise name on Manchester City's shortlist if the club decide to end Stuart Pearce's two-year reign after tomorrow's match at Middlesbrough. The Welshman has admirers on the City board and will be considered alongside Sam Allardyce of Bolton and Paul Jewell of Wigan."

I wonder if this is pure tabloid speculation or if Coleman indeed wants to get out from under the ever-looming axe of Fulham's ownership?

Why would he want to move to City? Unless, of course, he's a big Shaun Ryder fan...

Well, at least they only say they are interested in him and nothing about CC's interest in the City job. I would really be surprised if he would leave right now. It seems like he has HIS team in the final stages of tweaking.
