cuba banned public smoking

    i just thought that this was pretty wierd considering that cuba is famous for its cigars and now cubans wont be allowed to smoke them
    i think it is its 3rd largest export

    Easy to enforce, too.. if they only accept dollars for the cigars.. which dollars the Cubans arent allowed to keep, in the first place.. more money for the "Peoples' Paradise"

    well, the GOOD thing is that ALL Cubans can READ about the ban... even if most couldn't have afforded the cigars in the first place.
