    USMNT roster

Surprised that Adams is on the roster and a little surprised Dike is not.

    Keepers: Steffan, Horvath and Ochoa
Fullbacks: Dest, Robinson, Cannon and Yedlin
CB: Brooks, Ream, Miazga and McKenzie
    6’s: Adams, Yueill and Acosta
    8’s: McKinnie, Musah and Lleget
Forwards: Pulisic, Aaronson, Reyna, Weah, Sargent and Siebatcheu

Also, since I had to look it up, the semifinals are June 3. I'll have to figure out if I get Paramount+ or CBS Sports through my new setup at the house. I sure hope so.

I saw an article where Berhalter said leaving Dike off the roster was the toughest decision. Dike will be included in the other squads throughout the summer, Berhatler stated. I guess Adams injury is not as bad as initially thought.

My big question is who will pair with Brooks in central defense now that Long is out for the summer. I don't recall Miazga, McKenzie, or Ream getting a lot of game time with Brooks (though my memory has known to fail me in the past).

@dtowndough Are you making it to the US v Honduras match this evening? Will be curious to see the lineup. Which forward(s) can finally stake their claim? Sargent has to start producing some end product. Hope to see Siebatchu play and see why Berhalter picked him ahead of Dike.

@BarryWhite Gracias for putting up the reminder where it can be found. Since I don’t have Paramount+ or CBSSports it looks like estare
mirando en espanol. Isn’t Clint doing commentary? Hopefully he brings a different side of his personality because his interviews were never great.

Well, no surprises here -- with the possible exception of having a minimum of 15 minutes of rolling around on the deck by Honduras turning into 5 minutes of extra time. I thought Robinson played very well while he was out there, and Brooks and McKinnie played well. You're not going to get the best of our attacking players when we're playing sideways. When you have Reyna and Pulisic and the first thing you do when you regain possession is to stand and wait ... .

I don't think Mexico [or Costa Rica] is too worried tonight.

Steffen needs to go out on loan and play everyday, training at Citeh and playing in Cups as the #2 is not enough. He is a first rate shot stopper, but will make a positional gaffe practically once a match that makes you scratch your head.

Yes. Twelve appearances a season ain't gonna cut it. He probably would have gone back to Dusseldorf if they hadn't been relegated. I love his movement and instincts. I can see him pushing Ederson for first choice keeper next season.

@SoCalJoe - I’m interested in what the lineups will look like. I still have my doubts that Adams starts this match but would love to see him if he’s fully fit.
