The army just doesn't leave when they have a missing soldier... they have to be ordered to do so... and they received just that order... from the President... at the request of the Iraqi Prime Minister... at the request of Moqtada al-Sadr...

What you say? How do Al-Sadr and the Iraqi PM order the U.S. Army to do anything? Because your President doesn't have the clout to tell the world what to do anymore... who is that is negotiating with terrorists?
