    Classic:
    "It is a strange irony that if Fulham had beaten City and jumped to 12th place, he would still be in a job. Mid-table is deemed acceptable for a club like Fulham, Coleman said as much himself last week when he declared that anything above the relegation zone would be a good finish. Evidently the board felt differently."

    Well aside from the bit about Sir Alex at the beginning, the article is spot on. It provides the best explanation (and facts) about the demise of Chris Coleman. The English press sure could use a lesson from a piece like this.

    Yea, I think CC would still be here, if he'd pulled out a win against ManC. But ....There's a lot of "if's" with this season. I can only imagine, what the season would of been like, if Bully hadn't gotten injured. Needless to say, we
    have to do better than the 1 away win per season.

    i also think CC would still be here if Bullard didn't get hurt. how many more points would we have with just his presence?
