Well after watching them play the O's, i can honestly say that I can see them taking this thing to september if that pitching staff holds up.

i was glad to steal 2 of the 4

I can also say the same thing about the Orioles. They have some good young pitching in Cabrera and Bedard. With that lineup you have, anything is possible. Brian Roberts is a baller. Plain and simply he is just a great player!

Interesting about Roberts, I read an article that he started wearing new contact lenses this season, he says it helps his vision, which in turn helps his power numbers.

Either that or the lineup behind him results in him seeing a lot of fast balls down the middle of the plate!

Orioles and White Sox look for real, their pitching is better than advertised. Never would have expected Garland to do this well!

Granted I'm a bit biased (Twins fan)... but since when have the White Sox ever been able to hold on to anything good that they start? They'll find some way to collapse down the stretch just like they always do...

I think this year will be different. We actually have some legitimate starting pitchers unlike previous seasons when Gary Glover and other clowns were toeing the rubber. This team is good and it will be a great battle with Minnesota this season.

They've been playing very well today asgainst my beloved Cubs.
But that's because we always suck rather than the White Sox being good.
