Well corrected, sir. We're likely to have that many English players in some MLS matches this year.

My favorite part was when this guy on Sky Sports News said that the equaliser was scored by a former...gasp...SHEFFIELD UNITED player. He sounded so appalled.

Saw the replay and maybe somebody can clear the ruling up. Why was Bendtner considered offside despite Hyppia being clearly behind him (Hyppia was on the line and Bendtner 2 yards off the line)??

You're right Steve that rocket by Deivid (even the own goal was blasted) was flat out sick.

I was wondering the same thing, SoCalJoe. Maybe they couldn't see him behind the post or something?

and I thought the GK was off his line and that was the problem. If the ball had missed him and gone in, Arsenal would have had the goal, because when the ball was struck Bentner was on side. By the time he got all tangled up, though, he had effed it up.

So, do all Danes dance like white boys?

Comment on the C Ronaldo goal - simply incredible. He is inventing new ways to score all the time. Great to watch. The Roma players were sticking it to him pretty much all game.

It made my day when De Rossi launched that penalty into the Manchester sky. Comedy gold!

The Man U-Barca match-up should provide plenty of entertainment -- and sets the stage for a Ronaldo-versus-Messi match-up, arguably the two best players in the world right now. The all-English match, well... it figures to be a gripping tie.

got to see the first half and Ronaldo miss his PK attempt. Really thought from the first half Barcelona should have been up at half. It was an exciting game to watch, well, for the 1st half any way.

You did not really miss much if you missed the second half of Barca v. Man-U.

Let's hope both second legs provide more action and highlights. I have a feeling at least for the return leg to Old Trafford, we will get a bit more excitement.

    Say Hey!!!

No goals in today's match was unexpected. 2 goals in yesterday's match was also unexpected.

Kind of an uninspired performance by Barcelona, reminded me of the way Fulham works the ball forward with Dempsey over to Bullard to Murphy back to Hangeland over to Konchesky up to Murphy over to Stalteri into the middle and cleared, over and over and over. Henry was really the only one who showed both the inclination and the ability to shoot on frame. Messi looked energetic but not 100%. With Vidic back for the second leg I think Barcelona is going to struggle to put anything together; Ferdinand looked to be the most influential player on the field as it was, and that was playing with Wes Brown.
