    Not a good sign :(

Wonder why Kamara is on the bench, maybe he's not fully healthy yet?

Fulham 1-0. David Healy scores on Lehman big time, big time F up.

    At half Fulham 1 - Arsenal 0

Warner has been outstanding in goal and Konchesky has looked good. Baird has been Arsenal's whipping boy thus far and except for short peiods of time the entire midfield seems to be MIA.

To be fair we're playing Arsenal. Their whole team is more or less the same from last year's. None of our guys played on the team that started the season last year at Old Trafford.

Bouazza isn't linking up with people well. Baird is doing fine, he's just not quick enough to keep up with Arsenal's fleet footed lineup.

    Brian McBride is non-existant.

Davies has played well I think.

    Warner has done awesome.

    Zat Knight has been solid.

    Konchesky solid.

    Bocanegra solid.

All in all a very promising performance I think.
Obviously disappointing to lose but not many teams will take points off Arsenal at home.
Really looking forward to the season now!

Not that dissapointed. I thought they would leave with a draw, but Arsenal are strong at the Emirates and we missed a few chances. A few notes:

    - Healy is the best 1.5M you could spend. He was getting into the right places and setting up the attack.

    - Baird showed promise, a few mistakes, but he was up against Van Persie. By mid-season I think he'll be solid.

    - Wait and see about Kamara, he didn't do much.

    - Knight played a great match, hope he'll be playing like this for the rest of the year.

    -Like Lawrie's long-ball tactics.

On the upside the linking between the forwards and midfield improved in the second half and the attack looked much more dangerous.

Not bad. Disappointing to lose in the last 7 minutes after the goalkeeping and defense kept the team in the game for so long. And that's what is keeping me optimistic for this season...the team's defending and goalkeeping was better than Arsenal's. Give Fulham some time together and they should stay up comfortably. On to the next match!

Disappointing loss in the manner in which it happened. I was beginning to believe Fulham was going to win with all of the immaculate saves Warner was making. I was thinking that this was going to be Fulham's day, but it was not to be.

Despite the disappointment of the loss, Fulham played admirably well. Even Zat Knight played well in the middle of the defense. I have very few complaints from specific players. The only I thought was sub-par was Chris Baird in the right back position. He was skinned up a few times, but thankfully he was bailed out by great keeping from Warner and help from his teammates.

I hope the team is able to get over this loss quickly and get us a win on Wednesday against Bolton. That would be nice and give us those always tough first points of the season.
