Certainly no surprise to me.... but some of you might be startled by it.

Why Britain? Because its government bureaucracy has been displaying the most weak-kneed posture on Islamism of any in the west.

The Tory positions using contrarian views for effect probably has some bearing on it, but I imagine that most Guardian readers will claim any attack is due to Britain in Iraq.

Yes... these are reasonable people and we should negotiate with them.

But, whatever the reaction of the British public, it's a win-win for Iran and Al Queda who'd like nothing better than to see a bloodbath, so they can claim the West is evil. And recruit more idiots.

I'm sure the reactionaries arent going to listen to me any more than the head in the sand liberals do... but I would suggest leaving 'civilians' alone and going straight for the 'Imams' throats.
