Would be a step down for Bradley so would be very surprised to see it happen.

If Bradley is actually for sale this is a player Fulham should open the checkbook for. Greg Seltzer at noshortcorners.com said Roma had a chuckle before rejecting Sunderland's €7 million bid.

Bedoya got the start for Nantes in a 1-2 home loss to french giants, PSG. YA said he played 'wing-back' (right back?), not exactly sure what that means, but the article said PSG was spearheaded by Ibrahimovic and Cavani, so he is getting pitch time against some serious world class talent.

He played wingback in a 3-5-2 (right midfield when they are attacking, but sort of a right back when defending in a 5-3-2).

He also completed 90 percent of his passes today.

Jozy scored his first goal for Sunderland in a 4-2 win over MK Dons. Sunderland were down 2-0 when Jozy scored first in the 78th minute, which sparked the comeback.

Jermaine Jones has the reputation of being a red card waiting to happen, thankfully he hasn't got tossed in a vital moment for the USMNT. However, he sure let down his Schalke teammates yesterday by picking up two yellows in the second leg of their Champion's League qualifier in Greece. Luckily for him, the team went on to win short-handed and advancing to the group stage which has to be worth millions in revenue.

Jozy scored his first Prem goal for Sunderland. Only one problem; Nigel Atkinson in his total ineptitude disallowed the goal and 'awarded' a free kick to the Black Cats before Jozy fought off Sagna and clearly had a 1 v 1 against the Arse gk (whom he beat). The call was ashocking, but the fact it was the buffoon Atkinson wasn't.

    HD, here is Jozy's blog post US-El Tri match and Pre-Arse http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/jozyaltid ... 68?cc=5901

Danny Williams went the full 90 in Reading's 0-0 match.

Eric Lichaj aka Mo's 'cousin' (I'm jealous Mo, your cousin is a lot better than my cousin Whitbread). went the full 90 in Nottingham Forest's 3-2 win. Forest is off to a great start in the Championship and currently sit third in the table.

Thanks for the link, Joe. It's hard not to love that big lump of a striker, isn't it?

My "cousin" played another 90 min yesterday and assisted on the tying goal, but I think there are probably still a few MLS players who earn their living at a different position that should get a look with the Nats before him, it only makes sense.

Eric needs to be in the next squad. It's stupid to get players from the German second division, from Austria, from Sweden, and not from a team near the top of the English second tier. PLUS Lichaj is a RB by profession, something none of our recent RBs can claim.

There is also that Cameron guy who plays RB by profession in the premier league for Stoke. Just played 90 min to help them keep a clean sheet against Man City.

Guzan had a hell of a game today in Aston Villa's 1-0 win over Norwich City. Saved a PK and had this beaut of a save.

Geoff Cameron scored his first career PL game and Terrence Boyd has now scored in three straight league games.

I thought he had a very good game overall. It looks like Hughes is using him like an old-fashioned wing half. He was always forward of the back line and wasn't afraid to move upfield with the ball. I hope Jurgen got up early enough to watch him -- nah, never happen.

Tijuana won 6-0 tonight in CONCACAF Champions League. Former Galaxy youth player Paul Arriola scored the Xolos' second goal followed by Herc coming off the bench and having a hat trick in the last 30 minutes.
