    OK...how bout RSL's tie (which could be considrered a victory seeing as how they were Shite for 89 minutes) against Colorado last week and scored the game tying goal in the 90th minute that saw them make the playoffs for the first time ever. Talk about leaving it til the last second. Here was the scenario:

    RSL gets in the playoffs w/ a win or a tie. A loss and they are out and Colorado goes. Colorado has to win to get in. Colorado dominated and deserved the all 3 points, but some top saves by Rimando and the goal at the end see RSL through.

    EPL, La Liga, Serie A, whatever. If you love football, and not JUST Fulham, this is a good place to watch some.

    Perhaps you are becoming or have been more myopic and conservative than I thought.

    I always remember the Champions League Final from a couple years ago when Liverpool came back from a 3-0 deficit at the half to send the match into PKs where they won it.

    Last night's Lyon-Bayern game was very exciting. Lyon lost 2-3, but kept attacking the Bayern goal with abandon. The radio commentators couldn't keep up (it was on Sirius on my drive home yesterday).

    Who doesn't appreciate a hard-fought, exciting match, regardless the opponents (usually)??

    That Liverpool comeback definitely is worthy, Lax. I'll check out the others now.

    Yes. Left out that Arshavin got his 4th in about the 90th minute, putting the Arse up. Liverpool responded with a pinball shot by Benayoun at about 93:00.

    Even then, seemed like either could still get one more. They ended up playing about 97:00.
