at this point today, October 24th, yes it is gone. However, there are remnants of it at the wedding. I did not go full blown mohawk for the wedding. I went with a more conservative look.

    Nice photos, Tom.

Nice to see that Mike (yer bro) is not AWOL (haven't heard about him in a while).

    Keep those photos coming.

Martin -- is that the whippet that was lost at JFK?

PCB/DCH -- that beauty is a greyhound -- a passion that Martin and I share. Can't wait for Petty to size that avatar.

Yeah, I definitely lost a lot of weight between then and now. Eating right and exercising was and continues to be the key. Knowing your body and what negatively and positively affects it is important. I eat very little to no sugar and limited carbs. I also exercise religiously on my elliptical machine, run and do almost 1000 sit-ups a day. If you want specifics on things let me know. It was hard to drop all the weight, but I must admit I feel better than ever.

Thanks for all the kind comments about the pictures everyone! I appreciate it.

You both look great Tom, can't wait to meet the infamous Zaneta. Also, well done keeping up with the working out...now we gotta get you out on the field to play some 'footy'.

Here, here. Get that fit man to a pitch!

I will definitely be following up with you Tom. I have the infamous 15 pounds I can't seem to drop. Footy two times a week isn't cutting it. (Could have something to do with beers and good home cooking).

I would love to play some footie in the very near future. I do not know anyone here in Chicago that plays. I guess I could just show up at the park and play pick-up games. I just worry that I will suck.

FFCinPCB, one of the things I had to cut out a lot was beer and alcohol. My body packs on the pounds when I start drinking. I do not drink much any more. If you want advice or need help with losing the pounds, let me know. However, it just like quitting smoking, drinking, etc, if you do not want to do it and are not disciplined enough it will not happen.

It aint the beer, by itself... it's the stuff you eat besides the beer.

Had a guy in my navy outfit was told to drop 30 pounds... he did it with a sixpack plus two ham & swiss on rye sammiches a day.
    YMMV

However, I did it very slow by dropping anything that spiked blood sugar, unfortunately included pizza, but guarantee anything with high fructose corn syrup is BAD.
