1st Primary Results: Paul, Obama win!

    You know, I actually originally felt that way when he ran for mayor here the first time, but because he's financed his own campaigns he's not beholden to campaign donors and has shown the freedom and willingness to push for reforms that he feels are important, regardless of whether there might be special interest groups that might oppose them. People may disagree with his stances, but I think rational voters on both sides of the aisle should be able to respect the idea of an executive who's reasonably free of the influence of lobbyists and special interest groups.
