    .. a little perplexed that I never heard about all this before*:
    Troy Smith's three 'dads'

    Most of us know about Ted Ginn Sr who was the second, and assume Jim Tressel, who is his third. But if it wasnt for the first one, Smith would have been lost to the streets...

    It's the stuff of movies... compare to Maurice Clarett!

    * but then, my bookmark to the Columbus Dispatch is to the 'Crew' section

    Can't compare intellect in such instances...it would be a waste of time.
