weird observations thread

    I think we need an unconnected, barely coherent, non-conversational thread of singularly weird observations.

    So, I started one! :D

    While watching The Scum play today, I found myself thinking that in that weird off-orange set of pajamas Petr Cech wears on the road, he looks like he's portraying a sperm in an old Woody Allen movie. :shock:

    On the train to NYC, I spied a man reading a NY Times. Not weird.

    The article he was reading? In 24 point type, "With Loose Lips, A Sex Revolution in Chile"

    That's...a pretty weird thing to find in the NY Times. I didn't expect that.

    Also: Today at Nevada's, the same drunken guy in a Michigan t-shirt came up 3 times and was "surprised" at seeing a Fulham fan. I didn't mind the first time, but the other 2 was just...weird.

    .. can I see some ID?

    Father bailed at $10,000 and charged with battery on a minorfor chasing naked stranger from daughter's room with a pipe.

    I think the cops might want to sit down the parents and see if they can drop that charge...
