Waterboarding: Just a Reminder..

That the Senate and House Democrats can make Waterboarding unequivocally illegal by passing a law against its use.

They have the power, this IS the business of Congress. They most likely have the votes to override a veto... if you go by statements of the elected.

So WHY NOT JUST FREAKIN' OUTLAW IT?!!!!!!!

I know why... and so do you.

 

They are too cowardly to take responsibility for things like that. If they took the responsibility what would they grandstand on? Instead, they just leave it to guys in the CIA to try to walk the line between national security and human rights.
