UNBELIEVABLE Champions League Final!

Liverpool comes back from 3-0 down at the half to win on penalty kicks!

Please, please tell me this game will be replayed on TV here in the States!

Anyone have any info? Will ESPN2 show a replay later?

 

Unfortunately no. I just checked ESPN and ESPN's programming and found no replay. ESPN needs to give up the rights to that event to FSC!! Congrats to Liverpool though! Sounded like a great match!

As you say, what a game. I'm delighted, i was gunning for Liverpool all the way through. What a game, can't describe it any better to be fair..

 

Hey, how about that -- ESPN2 listened to me and showed an encore broadcast of the match tonight. Sweet. 8)

 

3 goals in 7 minutes... who knew? 'Pool looked dead in the water in the first half... just slow and plodding... Milan could have jogged past them and still scored 3... but whatever Kool-Aid Gerrard drank at the break really made a difference...

 

I was following that match on Yahoo and blew it off when it got to 3-0. When I got home from work and turned on the TV, they were in PK's. What a shocker. I did catch most of the replay. Great game.

 

I set my video to tape the game and it did not work. I then drove 2 hours to get a copy from a friend without knowing the score. At half-time I was pissed that I made such an effort....little did I know huh. My sister is a scouser (she sat on the Fulham coach to Anfield with her red top under her sweater) and I am delighted for her. Great game.

 

For those interested, this match will be re-aired tonight on ESPN Classic at 10PM EDT/9PM CDT.
