    UEFA sets rules to curb soccer clubs’ spending
    About time... but it will be interesting to see who finds a way; there's ALWAYS loopholes

    They don't really need to, they're already the clubs with the most revenue. It's clubs like Fulham circa 1997 that are hurt by this.
