The video isn't really graphic, but its fucking disturbing. This is what happens all throughout America. People get charged for stupid shit like this and have their houses broken into by a bunch of Joe Badass types. This is awesome way to spend government money, just fucking awesome.

I thought about posting that, yesterday.. then just shrugged.

People aint interested in pointing out reality of 'Unintended Consequences'... just painting a group with the blame for it.
Read the comments in Balko's article!
    { Well, GUESS WHAT!!! Comments been disabled or something. The original Balko thread comments theme was totally different... although stupid in its own right}
    -------------------------------------------------------------

But that's okay because Balko misses the point more with each incident he investigates. Not purposely, he got it right in the beginning:

"Piss poor tactical and warrant planning" In almost EVERY one of these cases, the info was sparse or faulty or both and there was no mediation on the RISK ASSESSMENT.

It didnt START there.. there's always been cases... but the highlight of this shithead planning was in the Waco incident where Koresh had been tailed 2 days prior to the siege beginning going into town. USED to be good police planning led to surprise ringleader nabs when away from the fortress, concurrent with raid on the hideout!
You know.. separate the head and the tail.

    Then the TV show, COPS.
    - Cowboy Cops playing 'SPESHUL FORCIS'
    And that's reflected by:

    - Would you turn your back if alone with him?
Google John Bunnell and count occurrences of 'Douchebag'

If you were in a legal jam and ran across his doppelganger as a lawyer, would you hire him?

    --------------------------------------------
If you saw this week's episode of 'Justified' the mindset is exactly right.

Once TAC team arrives, it's full tilt boogie and only one way it goes down.

I think the worst case of this crap was a couple of years ago in Maryland where they busted in without knocking first into the town's mayor's house. And the swat shot the dogs. However, the mayor and his wife were not involved in any drug trafficking. Stupid gun-ho dumb asses.

BTW...I am all for legalizing drugs. A whole lot of money is being spent the war on drugs, and it's not do anything but increasing the profits for drug cartels. And by no means do I advocate drug use.
