This is an ad for Land o' Lakes Butter. How do you ad-differentiate BUTTER, fucrineoutloud! Only diff is age and how much salt's in it. Yet Borden has come and gone. Check the B&W package image, almost identical to the one in my frig.. 65 years later.
There's a reason.

Butter? did you know dairy companies, probably Borden, tried to market flavored Butter?

But there's only two innovations that lasted. First.. unsalted, then whipped.

Butter, especially Land O' Lakes butter, has weathered many a fad and is still around.. you dont have to go to a specialty store to get it. You dont have to look real hard at Kroger, either.

But you DO have to look hard to find Borden dairy products, dontcha? Unless it's glue you want.

Dont change for sake of change, unless it's really 'New & Improved'.
Most important: Tell recent grad whiz kids to STFU until they learn the Biz for about ten years.

Oh, by the way: The Administration has appointed a 29 yo to oversee a large part of GM's downsizing. He has no auto experience, but we hear he's a quick learner. We'll see.
Wonder if he even owns a car.
