Scant weeks after the Crew traded the Metros Razov for Wolyniec, because of Razov's insubordination.. thus coming out poorly in the talent for talent metrics, Chivas fired Ryan Suarez for a dustup with new manager, Hans Westerhof.

Matchnight: Fight with Hans Westerhof results in player's dismissal from club

We're talking FIRST DIVISION footy here, guys... it aint like some club is gonna pick you up for your world-beating talents, when you've thrown a tantrum on the sidelines.

    UPDATE:

Perhaps showcasing a change in Front Office mentality from disposing of the old GM and his assistant and bringing Alexi Lalas in, Manager Bradley seems to have a full handle on which talent he has available.

Ryan Suarez, above is acquired by the only coach in MLS who has made his nut trying to tame the wild men.

With Chicago, it was various Polish and Eastern Europeans... at New York, he's going to try to take advantage of other teams' misfits as well.

While Suarez will likely be starting soon, the other recent acquisition in NY's second three way deal in a few weeks, also involving the Crew, is less clear in intent.

Tony Meola, the aged dean of US keepers, seems to think he's been brought in to battle for the #1 shirt. Sorry, Tony.. just cutting out the pies at this stage wont be enough.

Bradley brought you in to mentor.. everyone but you seems to understand that.
    - Ummm yeah, you dont want to be the keeper coach at NY, just with the Nats!?

Lalas in the front office, Meola on the training ground... I'm worried about Bradley bringing in John Harkes as a full assistant next.

Look out for NY next season, if not after the break!

The aptly nicknamed "Mutts" are well on the way to losing that monicker; in terms of table ranking, anyway... the acquisitions seem to make the name even more appropriate.
