    Which is 4X the resolution of 1080P....

    Technically, that's great.

    For PRACTICAL matters, 'Shows OFF' is the operative phrase. Once again, there's never going to be ENOUGH' Bandwidth for broadcast in 'latest greatest'.

    What it MEANS is the death of film in any medium, except for crank weirdo's like the current 'vinyl and vacuum tube' audiophiles.
