Salt Lake, Colorado trade head-cases

    Real Salt Lake acquired striker Jeff Cunningham from the Colorado Rapids in exchange for midfielder Clint Mathis.

    Some of you will remember Cunningham as the guy who came on late to score two against Fulham {and a couple of you will remember I said he'd do that}.

    But, despite his goal output, he had a hard time getting a starting slot... mainly because of his attitude, off the ball.
    Sound like someone else? Something about a player with those two initials?

    Well, anyone who follows US soccer knows that Mathis is much the same...

    Who got the better of this deal depends on who, if either, gets sent to the better Sport-shrink.
