In case it needs to be pointed out... Seems to me Australia is ALREADY a carbon 'Bridge'. The bulk of their coal goes, of course, to China and India.

So exactly WHAT does Rudd mean to do?

 

By the sounds of it it was a key election wedge that pushed him over the top. The liberals are trying to do the same thing in Canada cause they've got little else to run on at this point.

Is Rudd for real, is he going to be in for the long hall? We shall see.
