Do you think Fulham should go after him? Why or why not? (This is different from whether we will go after him--I have no reason to believe we're in the hunt.)

No, we don't need any over-the-hill midfielders, we need young talent and a defense that can stop an over-the-hill forward.

Not a chance. This guy is nothing but trouble and is over the hill and probably more importantly, he is injury prone and is in the training room more than he is on the pitch.

I must say that he could be a leader, and right now, we need one.

Fulham need a player that is going to shake things up.

Several years ago, The Crew brought in John Harkes to help shape up our midfield...I was against it.

Besides which he had been outspoken about the management and team in his previous clubs..
And I wasnt the only one against the move.
It was the best thing the club did that year... he immediately brought shape to the midfield amnd mentored Martino ..almost to the point where Kyle is today.. then he left.
Many of us changed opur minds on Harkes to the point where we wanted him to be named manager, this year.

    Summary: Probably wouldnt hurt

He would never come to Fulham, and we could never afford his wages.

I can see Keane taking a pay cut to go to Celtic, but not to Fulham. It's not a good investment anyway. He's way past his prime. I don't think CC would have him, since Keane would be too much of a threat to his authority.

    I voted yes...

one... he never had a problem with managment before...

two... he is a winner... always has been, so we are a talented team of players who have no clue how to win. Old guys teach you that.

three... CC's authority, although beloved by all, is not exactly working... perhaps a slight change in philosphy could be warranted.

With the number of clubs linked to having an interest in him I don't think Fulham could ever afford him.
