Papa Close to Extending Contract

    According to "The Mirror," a paper I do not know much about, Papa Bouba Diop is close to extending his contract at Fulham through the 2010 season. With speculation earlier in the season about him leaving, this is nice to know he will be under contract with Fulham for a number of seasons. That is not to say he would never leave, but it is great that Papa likes the direction the club is moving in enough to sign an extension.
