Ordering from the team store

Has anyone had any troubles with orders from the team store? How long does it usually take for shipping?

I ordered a jersey that was shipped out Sep 2 but hasn't arrived. The royal mail tracking has stated for a few days now that the package is in Los Angeles and gives no estimate for delivery. Everything I see on the team store website is that international orders typically take 7-10 business days. It's now been 13 business days and it's not like I live in a remote area.

It's been a while, maybe 2 years-maybe longer, since I ordered, but from what I remember it did take about 2 weeks and I'm on the east coast

 

Finally got my jersey yesterday. One day short of a month from when it shipped.

Got it washed and have it hanging in the closet, ready for Saturday.
