Well, after celebrating that we capped Torres right under Mexico's nose -- on a night in which El Tri LOST to Jamaica -- we officially lost Guiseppe Rossi to Italy

I don't think we ever had a chance to cap him, not once he made a major league's starting 11. Good luck to the lad.

Don, I don't share the warm wishes with you for Rossi. I dont' know too much about him, I was late in getting into soccer again, other than what friends have said. None have been very polite. But it's good that you don't hold grudges.

I never expected Rossi to play for the US after his Olympic performance for Italy. He indicated his preference was to play for Italy and he earned the call. It was his choice and while I won't pan him for it I will also not be a fan of his either. Here's to hoping that Jozy beats him out for playing time!

The one that may hurt more in the long run may be Subotic I highly doubt that he will don the US jersey either.

I'm not made at Rossi. In the end, it wasn't like he sold state secrets to the enemy. He may have handled id somewhat badly, but someof that is, I am reasonably sure, just being a young guy.

Screw Rossi. And his F$#^#$$#g Dad, too. I gave up on him years ago.
