Oh, Canada!

    The future of western civilization is under stress in our neighbors to the north, as we read.

    This is more than just one crank pulling everyone's chain, this is basic to freedom of speech, everywhere.

    Because someone back in the 70's felt it would be a good idea that a quasi-judicial body should be able to censure those who cross the line of 'hurting someone feelings', this came to pass.

    You wont believe who is on what side of this issue!

    I've been following these Soviet style institutions for about a year. Without getting into details, they are so sad, they do not represent western values. I think I'd try my luck going to court in Saudi Arabia or China, over going to one of these.

    Slowly but surely, some politicians are getting involved, trying to get rid of them, or at least, get rid of the part where it is an offense to do something that is "likely to expose someone to hatred."
