Attention all you USMNT fans....better be all of you!

Empire Supporters Club is hosting a viewing party for the US v. Mexico bout at Stout NYC, located at 133 W. 33rd Street, between 6th and 7th Avenue. If you are looking for the livest, craziest spot to watch the match in NYC - look no further.

The game will be shown on all TVs in a private space reserved especially for us, so when you walk in, ask the host/hostess where the soccer game is being shown, and they will direct you to where you need to go.

There will be good brew, even better food, and a great group of fans to enjoy this match with, so please please please if you're wrestling with the decision whether to sit at home with a tub of strawberry ice cream or come out and hang with us, you won't be disappointed with the latter. (If you choose the former, God will kill a kitten.)

ALL ARE INVITED! WEAR YOUR CULLUHS, BOYS!

OK, I can't make any stone cold guarantees, but I think I *should* be able to make it. Geoff, are you going to be drunk on two beers on Wednesday again like you were yesterday?

My friend...I'll have you know I had FOUR beers...FOUR...and one meat pie.

    Okay, the answer is yes.

My mistake. Four is twice as many beers as two. That's a pretty good total for a Sunday morning, I suppose.

    Nokandu, sorry.

jmh, just remember: he was drinking two beers at a time, so though it may have seemed like he had two, he did, indeed, have four pints. But then, he is twice my size, so he can drink that much more.

Oh, and I thought four was the NORM for a Sunday morning?

It was a great time. I'm not sure how you'd know, since you left 20 minutes into the match, though.
