    What a relief. He is one of the few guys out there whose addition would have made our defense worse.

    His defensive partnership last year with Jean-Alain Boumsong was absolutely priceless. I was actually sad when I learned that Boumsong was heading off to Juventus, because they were always due for at least one comical error in every match.

    One more side note: Bramble always reminds me of Dennis Haysbert...
