New US Oil Reserves?

I've been hearing rumors on some talk shows and web sites, that USGS {Geological Survey} is writing a report that there is a LOT of accessible oil in the Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho areas. In fact Marathon hints at developing delivery for new gas, and maybe oil.
