    Ngwenya: 'Show me the money'

The link to Houston Chronicle article on Joseph Ngwenya going to some putzy Austrian Club is in the BS discussion on the REAL POINT!

It's money... nothing else. Anyone thinks he's going to get noticed by a big club FASTER by playing there is nuts.

If you really think so, I got stock in an up and comer Norway Club to sell ya.

Another thing Sigi got right. You'd never know he ever did anything right if you read only BS/Crew.

the benefit to playing in one of the smaller European leagues is the ECL or the EUFA Cup. That's what helped Beasley and Pearce get gigs with larger clubs.

Yep.... you're Right. That's how Brian West made it to Rangers.

    Good on him.
Think about how high is stock is right now compared to when Hou got em from Crew.

I remember O.Luck (Dynamo) saying the offer we would have for him was almost $50k. We still have his rights if the Austria thing doesn't pan out.

Anyone know what salary he's earning there?

And speaking of the prototypical transfer..

Pat Noonan to Norway. Hope springs eternal (that some yank will be good enough to get to Europe-proper from there)

Unlikely, next we'll be hearing of him other than POSSIBLE US team selection will be when he comes back.
