   I would still like for them to talk about a long term deal. Don't want to go into next year with yet another worry about somebody's contract.

   It doesn't matter how long his contract is for, Jol will go if/when he has a shot at a better job, of if/when he feels stymied by the board/MAF. He may not be a naughty boy, but he's not the Messiah either.
