2. I expect it may have something to do with a nest of vipers in Hilliard, a Columbus suburb. Suddenly just appeared.

 

I'm involved in real estate, but not a salesperson (although I am only about $50.00, a trip to Pensacola, and one exam taking away from it). Instead of doing the shmoozy part, I get to take care of these kinds of headaches.

My question is, how many of the people they are trying to weed out will actually be honest in this inquiry?

Anyway.. do I really have to explain how it's Cover-ass for state realty dealings?

 

I of course pulled up the organization you mention, but my sense of humour necessitates that I make joke that's only funny to myself. This of course drives my wife crazy.

Please, oh please, tell me your explanation of why state realty needs the CYA forms, versus other areas of commerce.

Not versus 'other' will eventually be extended. Some 'commerce' is already prohibited, specifically certain 'charity' fund raising.

The REAL goal is to prevent certain foreign groups from buying certain businesses. Columbus already had a few small businesses backed by Red Army, Inc money.. for example.
