Wow! Last night I had to watch FFF where their poll question related to the going down of Spurs or the Toon, or both (Neither of which will go down).
Now I am faced with the choice between Ramos or Hodgson!

I am not sure what is up with Ramos. Is he homesick? Probably. Does he understand the EPL? I dont think so - Not yet anyway. Are the disappointing transfers his responsibility? Yes and No. Should he go or stay? I think he should stay and Comolli should go.
Give Ramos till this time next year and she what happens in January and in the summer with him actually calling the shots, with a director of football of his choosing.

Hodgson - I am not sure on this one. It seems to me that the transfers in the club are his responsibility alone, and I think he did alright - bringing in players that have been somewhat proven in the PL, but he had to look for bargains... They are not working right now up top, but I am sure they will settle in. I do think that the side lacks creativity. It is a little Dull to watch. I dont really see anyone that wants to run at defenders, and that is what I would like to see from Dempsey. I have been vocal on here on this issue - I think Clint should move on - he is not in Roy's plans, and from a USMNT perspective, we need him to be playing!
Reality has set in for me with Fulham. They are never going to be consistently in the top 10, they will never attract top players, and they will never be a 'big' club.
"A nice club for nice people"
They will spend what is required to stay up, or close anyway, but nothing more.

So Anyway - Hodgson or Ramos? That is the question.

Can I say neither? Ramos doesnt understand the EPL, and I am not convinced that he ever will. Hodgson may have a better understanding, but from what I have seen - he plays boring, safe, uninspired football - He will keep Fulham up and respectable, but (Yawn).

I guess if I had to choose I would take Hodgson - If he had the money he may be more attack minded. I wish I knew more about his long term plan - he has never spent more that a couple of years at each team he has managed. 16 teams in 32 years!

Fulham plays a pretty game of football under Hodgson actually. They just don't have Arsenal's talent out there doing it.

Most English pundits will tell you Fulham out passed Arsenal when Fulham beat them at Craven Cottage. Fulham's problem isn't the manager, it's the talent.
