Futbol at Busch

Did anyone watch?

I did, primarily to attempt to get a feel for how they chose to lay out the pitch in a baseball stadium that I frequent. it sold out quickly, and it didn't appear as if there were many no shows. The match was pretty entertaining for a friendly, not much defense on either side, thus the 4-3 goal fest.

Anybody think Fulham will ever come to the states?

 

Oh, and I noticed that Man City broke out the new Nike strip. Didn't realize they were punting Umbro. Speaking of Umbro, do they have anybody left? Besides the England national team, that is.

 

I caught part of the second half of that track meet. It was enfertaining.
