Millwall are 18th, 4 places and 4 points below us. Which means we'll probably struggle, play down to their level and make a draw seem like a win. The Lions drew 0-0 at home against Hull City last time out, Our old buddy Shaun Hutchinson is starting for them, and Ryan Tunnicliffe has started 8 and made 4 sub appearances. None of their forwards appears to have more than two goals. George Saville has 6 and Jed Wallace has 3. They're midfielders. Bottom line: we should win this game comfortably. If anything else happens, coming off our best win so far this season, I'd say a lot is riding on this result. It will set the tone for the rest of the campaign. If we can't follow up one of our most successful outings with a solid win at home against a club like this, we can start talking about next season.

Not sure how bad David Button has to play for Slav to give Betts a shot, but apparently he hasn't gotten there yet. That said, hope Button has an uneventful 90 minutes and the lads grab the 3 points.

Yeah. Not sure about the lineup today. Neither Ream or McDonald are in the 18. Have they picked up knocks? Neither Button or Fonte have impressed (me) recently, yet they start. Sessegnon had a historic match last time on the wing, but starts at left back.

We should beat Millwall so let’s hope we get the expected outcome.

After a Fulhamish win in the last game, I was worried about a Fulhamish loss in this one. Plus, the giving up late goals against Sheffield United and QPR is a big concern. Relieved that we won. The table looks much better now.

    Highlights via Millwall:

I was shocked again that when it came time for a PK it was Norwood who took the shot. But he got the job done again like he did vs. Preston last month so I guess he's our guy while the likes of Fonte, Ojo, Kebano, and Ayite look on.

I'm disappointed that on the corner that lead to the PK that Sessegnon didn't try to score and instead flapped his arms and looked at the ref. Fortunately the penalty was called, but stuff like that drives me bonkers. Keep playing to the whistle!

Happy to get the three points, but I wish we could give the home fans something more to cheer about! At least they got to see a win this time, but a nervous win at best. Hopefully Ream will be back again vs Brentford and we can move Sessegnon back up top again since that worked so well vs. Sheffield United.

Not exciting, but I'll take an ugly win any day. Just need to keep it going.

A 5-4 cray cray road win and an drab 1-0 (is Norwood becoming the first designated PK taker since The Captain aka Danny Murphy?) home win all in the space of 5 days? Finally some light at the end of the tunnel. Hard to imagine being only 6 points out of 6th and going 2 months between home victories.
