I did some searching online and found 1 reference to FSC having the rights but they dont really talk about it on their site. Instead they are pushing the fact that they have the Champions League. Does anyone know for certain if they are also carrying the Europa League?

I hope the answer is yes  because I sent them an email complaining about them showing that stupid football soap opera tomorrow instead of the FFC/Vetra match. Its being televised in England on ITV so FSC should have been able to grab it if they have the rights.

they would have to purchase the international rights to the match, and then have their own commentators -- like they did with the UEFA Cup and now with the CONCACRAP CL.

Although there's lots of Fulham fans who would probably take off work at a job they just started (read: me) to see the match, I'm not surprised the suits at FSC elected to pass on the purchase. There are LA Galaxy friendly's to air.

I've tried to find Europa League programming and couldn't as well.

Galaxy friendlies, "Dream Team," and replaying every Manchester United and Arsenal match FROM LAST SEASON are prime programming and a Europa League match just doesn't cut the mustard.

I have to admit, Dream Team can be pretty addictive if you start watching it.

I got 2 emails recently as I have inquired about this.

Setanta will not have the Europa League this season. They have had UEFA Cup in the past.

FSC will have the Europa League, but not until the group stage starts. Remember, Europa games would not conflict with the Champions League.

Right, because Europa games are on Thursdays. No real reason for FSC not to air them if they have rights.

I may have jumped the gun & posted bad info. Looks like our only option will be if Gol TV picks it up or possibly DirecTV. EPL Talk did an interview with Gol TV and they stated that they would be annoucing soon U.S. coverage of a "major competition that takes place mid-week"

Its also been rumored DirecTV may get exclusive rights to the Semifinals & Finals.

well, the best news is that, if it's being carried in England, there'll be an English language stream somewhere. Evidently, UEFA won't schedule Everton and Fulham matches on the same day -- at least in the group stages.

Streams are always an option for sure. Plus UEFA may offer online PPV. Might not be a bad buy say if you want to see Roma on a a decent stream.
