    Very fired up to join.
I grew up in Chicago not far from Arlington Heights (home of Brian McBride) and now I'm in Dallas.
I started following EPL and Fulham only last year after a trip to London where I got completely hooked.
I've been a typically obsessive soccer fan ever since culminating with watching probably every game of the World Cup.
I live 20 yards from an Irish Bar (Trinity Hall) that often shows EPL games, so it is too convenient for me.
From pictures, Craven Cottage looks very cool and I would love to visit. Oh, and I love FC Dallas in MLS - Kenny Cooper Jr's team, who looks like he could be on our 2010 USMNT.
    Anyways, cheers everyone!

Welcome fellow Texan! You'll be visited by three spirits soon, one from Long Island, one from Chi-town, and one from Cleveland. All are good lads.

Welcome aboard. This is a very good place to hang out!

    Very cool!
I am a very new fan, so I wanted to get caught up when it all ramps up here pretty soon.
I am not the EPL expert by any means but the pickups by Chelsea, Man U, and Arsenal are astounding and I wonder how a team like Fulham can compete.
There is none of the NBA-style salary cap issues or anything - total marketplace environment.
And Arsenal has that new stadium, with new $$$.
How can Fulham make their mark?
    It's tough...

Welcome Arwill, good to see yet ANOTHER Texan make their way to FulhamUSA! All are welcome and the summer has really been a busy time for us here due to the World Cup.

So any reason you chose Fulham?

As for competing, with Fulham you simply don't know what you are going to get week in and week out. One week they look like they belong in division 3 and other weeks they simply can't be stopped. Just check out the match we beat Chelsea from last season. If you haven't see it just let me knwo, its a must watch!

Again, welcome aboard hope to see you around here.

Yes, I watched the Chelsea match and was in complete disbelief.
I believe the week before I had to turn off the tv I was so disgusted.
You are right, Fulham is very up and down, and also they (obviously) do not get the massive coverage that some of the super-teams get.
    Why do I like Fulham?
I like Fulham for a couple reasons -Brian McBride (suburban Chicago kid making it in soccer), Bocanegra (American, although I haven't seem him play much for Fulham), my best friend in London lives in Fulham, I love for the initimate Craven Cottage.
I also like the underdog nature of the club.
I even admire the strange charisma of Mr. Fayed.
BTW, I would like to know more about his role with the club - is he "hands-on" or "hands-off", what are his plans for the club, any talk of a "super stadium" like Emirates? That land (Craven Cottage) has got to be worth a lot of $$.
