Credulity Quiz

Fact: This Tennessee State Legislator recently sponsored a bill to outlaw the teaching of any sexual lifestyle preference, other than hetero, in the state's schools.

Issue: If someone wrote an article critical of that position, is it then obvious that this included image is photoshopped?
