    Against the owner of the nightclub and the company that hosted the party he attended the night of his accident. The company the hosted the party is Red Bull North America, owner of the Red Bulls. Way to fight the opposition every way you know how. This certainly adds a little spice to the play-off hunt.

    But in all seriousness, come-on Charlie. You let a drunk person drive you home. Sochaux should be suing you.

    I think this is a sign that CD knows he'll never be the same. Sad, again, really.

    Very disappointing of Charlie to go this route. He made two bad choices that night with devastating consequences. Be accountable.
