Brazil as a world power

    When I was younger I read a lot of Science Fiction in which some writers projected Brazil as a world power. It was a fair bet, the country had all the resources needed to make it so.

    Alas, they have passed 'Go' and proceeded directly to Marvin Gardens and Boardwalk.

    No country that concentrates so much on tits ass and crotch will ever be a 'Player'.

    I don't know about world power, but they will be the regional power. If they lower the class gap, but a cap on crime, and improve the infrastructure then they're set.
