Beninho keeps playin' like this and he'll find himself in a top league soon enough. (What can I say, I like the guy's game).

"Ben, you're always running here and there, you feel you're not wanted anywhere..."

I think both Benny and Michael Bradley will end up in top European leagues in the next few years, if their form continues to be as good as it has been.

I think that the Bundesliga qualifies as a "top European league." Bradley is beginning his second season there.

Highlights from Aarhus 3-2 win over Randers FC. Benny nets the winner and the back-heel in the build up to the second was nice too.

Here is the post game interview (if it is not on the link above)
    http://jp.dk/jptv/sport/?id=19494

It just drives me nuts when Clark gets the start over Benny. I appreciate the workrate and defense of Clark, but he really needs to work on touch and decision making (something Benny has). Maybe a stint at Livorno could be a good thing for Clark. Claudio Reyna brought up a good point about Livorno and Donovan. He said that Livorno may be defending a lot, so LD would not have as many opportunities to score (which is what we need from him). I am not trying to turn this thread into a LD/Clark/Livorno thing. Just got started and could not stop.

The interview with Benny is good though. Some positive things in there.

Eric, I think the only reason that Clark started over Benny was match fitness. Once Benny is at top fitness, I don't think you'll see Clark do that again.

Either way, it just drives me nuts to have that talent sitting on the bench. Not only is it a skill based issue, it is a tactical issue. I think Benny is the starter. I sure hope so. I cannot deny that he can be extremely effiective coming off the bench to inject life into the team (as long as it is in conjunction with adding a speed demon like Davies - as seem against Honduras).
