Also, I guess they hired Ray Hudson from GolTV. Be interesting to see if GolTV can survive, doubt it.

    What Happens To GolTV?

So some network called beIN Sport will have all of the La Liga games and such. What happens to GolTV now that this network starts up? I want to watch Ray Hudson call matches!

BeinSport seems to be making a lot of strides to get on tv programming providers. I believe they currently have deals with Dish, Directtv, and will soon be coming to Comcast subscribers, which is good because that means I'll be able to watch all the USMNT away qualifiers.

I believe I read somewhere that they reached and agreement with Comcast sometime this week. I'll post the source if I can find it.

Here is the confirmation from CBS news about beIn Sport reaching an agreement with Comcast.

Yeah, saw that they reached agreement. Just waiting for it to show up in my programming guide. Hope it's there before the Jamaica game. I hate watching buffering, fuzzy feeds online.

Beinsport has been good so far IMO. . . Other than the religious element it has. It's basically the Worship The Messi Channel. And who better to do that than ray hudson so they went and got him. Can't stand his inane descriptions and the embarrassing, borderline obscene noises that escape his mouth when he watches the savior. The zany irony of it all.

Just wait until he is doing USMNT games as BeIN has picked up the TV rights to all the US road qualifiers minus the potential game at Azteca in the Hex. At least there won't be anymore PPV/closed circuit games.

Yes! The al Jazeera backed channel being the savior of US MNT fans by delivering us from the threat of pay per view just adds to the zany irony of it all. Lovin' it. And I wonder if Ray Hudson will have a near o*&$&sm over the play of Landon or Tim Howard. Somehow I doubt it, but God bless (oops) I will be tuning in.

And in truth I often read Al Jazeera's news website, the same as I do France24, because they are more in my tastes than the major media news organizations in the US and England. So everthing above is all in good fun
