Yeah, good article .. and common sense.

I posted the link on the Crew BS board and reckon I'll take some heat for it. Maybe from NUFC fans.. and some who will point out it doesnt apply so much to lower divisions {Preki at Chivas}.

But what Sigi did for the Crew is the proof. What Roy did for Fulham proves that lots of experience, applied to the right club, is the major factor.

Which brings up Cookie Coleman.. he's managed to bring Coventry up from relegation abyss to 17th. Reckon he's in the proper learning zone?
