Petty, the Coleman part could be debatable. I have not been his biggest fan and I still have my concerns, but he seems to be growing and adapting to life in the Premiership. He does not seem so stubborn and steadfast in his ways as he used to. I would still like to see more player development, but in terms of results, I can't complain right now.

Saturday was a stinker, but I hope those are few and far inbetween.

Well, I still think Cookie is the man and I feel that his questionable formation choices is more than made up for by the backbone of steel that is part of this side for the first time in a long time.

What am I thankful for? That we are where we are with massive injuries in the midfield and 3-4 players playing out of position every match. If we can get everyong [but Bullard] back and strong by January, we might just be a force to behold.

I'm thankful Fulham are only 3 points away from 7th place. I thought we would be okay at the start of the season, but I did think that top ten was a little ambitious. It's still early, but I feel Fulham can get there if management injects some cash for some good reinforcements.

I, too, am thankful for FSC and Setanta.

I'm thankful for my alma mater little Webber International University making it to the Final Four of the men's NAIA National Soccer Tourney. I just got home from their 1-0 loss to #2 seed Graceland University. Despite having a man advantage, my boys just couldnt string a good solid set of passes together....their top guy Bjorn Absorgjjjjoaosn (last name is spelled wrong, but has lots of o's and dots above i's and other letters) is set to sign a pro contract in either Iceland or lower league in Scotland....but i was w/ this team when our coach was at Webber for his first year/my last at Webber and we went 8-11-1 and now they finished 3rd in the Nation w/ a 14-5 record. www.naiasoccer.org you can check it out if bored, I'm sure most havent heard of Webber or not sure what NAIA is, but it is another association of colleges and universities, most being smaller in size and different enrollment (usually w/ foreign players/age/transcripts) BUT not lacking in skill.....as these schools in the national tourney are as good as any level NCAA schools......but I'll admit not the same "prestige and history" that NCAA holds...but to make a long post short...i'm thankful to have been apart of this school/team/and players.....and to boot the only American on the squad was the keeper, same as me when i played between the sticks there!!!!

I have to say I am thankful for how well the team has played this year. FSC and Setenta allowing me to watch the lads in White. And last but not least this website for all the great content and people. Best wishes to you and yours this Holiday week.

With respect to the team, I'm thankful they are performing well enough to remain in the EPL despite the injuries, the critics, and other obstacles (like the other teams). I'm also thankful that I can watch these games on FSC and Setanta, and that there's a wonderful community like this one where I can talk about the game & Fulham despite my relative newness to the squad.

    So, uh, thanks.

I'm glad you don't ban semi-inactive members like me. :)

And I'm glad the squad is doing so well, in general.

I'm always grateful for FSC. When I moved recently I had to go a week or so with out the channel. Torture! I rarely watch it during the week but going a whole weekend without being able to see any games or news was real tough.

The 3rd thing mentioned in Tom's article is what I'm most thankful for.

I'm also thankful that I don't live on the West Coast...it's hard enough waking up in time for Fulham games in Central time zone.
