Reserve the right to change my mind when the dust settles on the summer window, but the bottom 3 will consist of Palace, Hull, & Norwich.

Fulham: Give me some extra strength tylenol and a seat belt because this season is going to have some precarious moments, 14th.

I think Moyes will be fine at Utd, but I think it will take a little time for him to shift his in-game mindset from such a conservative one to knowing when to go for it. City should win, but there's just something about them that makes me think they'll ship enough pts through efforts like they had against Cardiff to cost them. And so Murinho's return is capped with the title.

Spurs will take time to gel, but they fixed the defense, they've strengthened the squad despite losing Bale and I think they'll come together in time to edge out Arsenal. Liverpool have gotten off to a strong start but I don't like their depth.

At the bottom, I see nothing from Palace to suggest they are anything but bang on for 20th. I like the effort Hull have played with and won't be surprised if they can pull a Norwich (or a Hull not so long ago), but they are very short on talent especially up front. West Brom will struggle scoring but they have a steady hand in Clarke and a squad built to survive a relegation fight. I like the pieces at Sunderland, as long as DiCanio doesn't implode I think they'll be okay. Cardiff remind me quite a bit of Hodgon's Fulham and it appears their ground will be a fortress for them. They were a top side in the Championship for several years before coming up. So that leaves us and the Toon. Both have too much individual talent to find themselves at the bottom but we both play stagnant, negative football and don't play as a unit. I think we'll finish behind them for the same reason we lost that last match. When it came time to grab the match, they went for it and we took a nap.

If we fire Jol, barring a disaster appointment at manager, I think we can beat the drop.

Wow, I really swung and missed on Southampton at #19, and #12 for the Whites appears to be a pipe dream. As the saying goes, I won't be quitting my day job.

Bump, since Jump referenced it in another thread.

Looks like I was the only one who had Fulham for the drop. Also looks like that's the only relegation pick I'll get right. Wish my crystal ball would have told me that Cardiff would lose the plot and sack Mackay and that Palace would wind up with Pulis. I would have reversed them.
