    Couldn't resist posting this one from the Onion, which was published just after Spirit Airlines announced that in addition to fees for checked luggage, they were now charging fees for carry-on luggage:

    FORT WORTH, TX—Cash-strapped American Airlines announced a new series of fees this week that will apply to all customers not currently flying, scheduled to fly, or even thinking about flying aboard the commercial carrier.

    Well, make sure you keep all those AA bills for Non-flying. I hear McCain and Barney Frank are putting together a Tax Rebate of 30% for all non-flying customers and charging it off to carbon abatement.
