Fulham v. Wigan

First off, very good comeback from the Whites. Between Europa matches, it would have been easy to chuck the result, but they showed good fight.

Agree Murphy looked poor and I thought the Aussie kinda bundled the first goal. Elm is just too slow for most Prem defenses.

Simon was getting turned around a bit in the early going at rb but is progressing nicely there. It's a better fit since Roy's offense requires most of the crosses to come from the wide backs.

Good goal by Okaka. He caught a good bit of stick over those tights by the announcers. I wonder if there's a toughness issue, b/c he looked like, and the announcers sounded like, he was asking to come off. But Roy left him out. Then he'd run fine for a bit and go back to limping.

That's 3 goals now for Brede. Good to see he's working on his offense from set pieces.

Is there an English tradition to using tape for a black armband? I figure with a top flight club, you probably have 2-3 occasions a year where one is required? Why don't we have a box of actual black armbands for those?

Good job on Roy and Co with providing a oover story for resting Bob this time. I just hope we didn't burn too much gas from Danny and Duff's tanks.
